Hoffmann Brothers Named “Top Workplaces 2023”
The Tennessean has recognized Hoffmann Brothers with the “Top Workplaces Award” for 2023. With more than 8,000 organizations competing for top honors, our team is thrilled to win another noteworthy award.

Top Workplaces Awards Honors Hoffmann Bros Among Local Nashville Companies
The Top Workplaces Awards for 2023 celebrate Middle Tennessee’s most prized brands empowering teams with strong leadership, meaningful engagement, and basic overall positivity. The The Tennessean presented the award in partnership with Energage, an industry research firm.
The Tennessean notes that the Top Workplaces awards provide “an opportunity to celebrate the companies that create safe spaces for employees to thrive. They also help attract job seekers and new businesses to the Volunteer State.”
How Top Workplaces Winners Are Determined
The awards were open to any Middle Tennessee organization with 35 or more employees within the public, private, non-profit, and government sectors. To determine who rises above the competition, Energage conducted Top Workplaces surveys for media in dozens of markets, surveying over 2 million employees at more than 8,000 organizations, with responses received from nearly 20,000 employees.
The surveys evaluated 15 Culture Drivers that are common to all Top Workplaces. Employees rated their companies on a seven-point scale and could chime in on whether they think their wages are fair, if meetings make good use of their time, if they’re confident in their company’s leadership, or feel empowered at work.
