PROPERTY PROTECTION GUARANTEE
All property such as lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture, and door frames are protected. Property damaged by Hoffmann Brothers will be repaired or replaced by a professional at no charge to you. Protective shoe covers and hall runners will be used on all work and traffic areas.
HVAC INSTALLATION GUARANTEES
100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We guarantee that the equipment we install will perform as we have stated. If after proper adjustments are made, the system does not heat or cool within the specified temperature range within the first two years, we will remove the system and return 100% of your investment within the first 2 years of the installation.
COMFORT GUARANTEE
We guarantee that the system(s) we have installed will heat or cool your home within three degrees of the temperature we have stated. If this temperature range is not achieved, we will perform a complete Home Analysis to determine the cause at no cost to you. Any adjustments to the comfort system will be performed at no cost to you. Any adjustments to the home, such as repairing air leaks, will be done at the homeowner’s expense.

If the compressor in your air conditioner should fail twice within the first five years, we will install a new outside unit. If the heat exchanger in your furnace should fail twice within the first ten years, we will install a new furnace.

If your furnace or air conditioner fails to heat or cool your home during the first year, we will fix it for FREE and if we do not respond within 1 business day, we will write you a check for $500 for your frustration.
