We require everyone to pass our in-house test for technical proficiency, and typically only 1 – 2% of applicants pass this screening. If you are having a problem, you can call us, text us, email us, or contact us via our online form. One of our Customer Experience coordinators will ask you the questions needed to ensure that we send the right technician out to your home, and we make sure our team members are aware of the nature of your existing issues.
Simple Straightforward Appointment Scheduling
We don’t want you to sit around and wait all day for us. For this reason, we do not schedule exact times or even time frames. Once the appointment is made, we will let you know the day that we are available and we will give you update calls at 10, 2 and 4p. This allows you to go about your day and not wait around for us at home. When we have a technician ready to come to your home, we will give you a 30-minute phone call before we head in that direction. If that time simply does not work for you, we will try another time.

We will go over the job with you and make sure you are happy with our work. We will take all our trash with us when we leave.
