DESIGN/BUILD  If you need new HVAC systems, whether in an existing building or part of new construction, you have two options. You can go to an engineering firm and have them draw up plans and then send those plans out for competitive bids for installation; or you can have Hoffmann Brothers, a design/build contractor, customize an HVAC system specific to your needs, plus receive a proposal to install it. Plus, engineering firms normally have no cost responsibilities, so they often don't know the most efficient way to install a system. By contrast, we ARE cost conscious. We can also provide you with options that will lower your cost while meeting your goals. We saved a local school over $300,000.00 with a more cost-effective design. With an engineering firm, most likely you'll receive only one design and all mechanical contractors will have to bid on that design. The choice is simple.
